Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Operations, Community Management, Developers, and Customers to build meaningful product and process feedback loops.
• Transferring information to external teams as changes move through the larger organization.
• Actively identifying and removing impediments to team productivity.
• Coordinating with other teams to identify risks and to clear roadblocks.
• Working as a member of an agile development team in an innovative, learning environment.
• Bridging between business and technical teams.
• Providing status updates and keeping track of detailed deliverables
• Creating presentations and documentation in wikis and other collaborative tools to provide transparency and visibility to stakeholders and peers.

Must Have Skills:

·         Critical thinking skills.

·         Experience working within a close-knit, collaborative team.

·         Strong written and oral communications skills.

·         Comfort working as a peer member of a high-functioning team of responsible, self-motivated individuals.

·         Comfort with shared/collaborative documentation and diagramming tools such as wikis (we use Confluence), Gliffy, JIRA and Google Docs.

·         Orientation toward results and problem-solving.

·         Comfort and experience wearing "multiple hats" – more attachment to results than to any particular title or role. 

·         Flexibility and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks to deliver team outcomes. This role will overlap the standard "scrum master" role, but also differ in several ways.

·         Ability to create and maintain networks across business units.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Abilities:

·         Experience and expertise with story mapping.

·         Ability and propensity to establish and maintain personal connections across business units to deliver results collaboratively.
