 Senior IT Business Analyst

 

Location: Atlanta , GA

Rate: $45.00 hourly all in

Duration: 6 months – renewals

 

We need a Senior IT Business Analyst (Level 2) with 7 to 10 years experience to augment the team in the SAP HR technology domain.  The selected candidate will have responsibility to deliver solutions for the Coca-Cola global People Function. Proven experience in large HR projects for a Fortune 100 company with similar employee population, global reach and organizational complexity is preferred.

 

This role requires a deep knowledge of HR technology across a broad spectrum of HR business processes including workforce administration, compensation and benefits, payroll, time and attendance, talent management, performance management, learning & development, analytics and reporting and self-service.  Specific experience with SAP HR, SAP Business Warehouse, and Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred. 

 

The specific responsibilities of a Senior IT Business Analyst include:

. Serve as the key conduit to business users for requirements and analysis

. Work with Solution Architects and the Architecture organization to define and manage requirements

. Translate business requirements to functional design

. Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications in adherence to TCCC standard methodology

. Respond to and perform impact analysis on requests

. Assist with estimates

. Act effectively as the technical speaker to the business project team and be able to represent IT at all levels within the business stakeholder community

. Facilitate and participate in test planning and execution

. Participate in the development of implementation strategies and plans with business units and IT

. Document and provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the project team for all solutions.
