Project:  Online Transformation/Commerce Rehab

 

Overview: This contractor will be refactoring, writing services, etc. for commerce part of the site.

·         Pricing, promotions, coupons, order submit, add to cart, etc.

Responsibilities:

·         Developing Java web applications

·         Aggressive refactoring

·         High comfort level with Unix/Linux command line

·         Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture design

Must Have Skills:

·         Refactoring experience

·         Continuous integration/automation experience

·         Strong ATG experience

·         5+ Years of Java Experience

·         Spring/Maven

·         Web Services  

·         Fanatical about testing

·         At least five years of relevant application software development experience

·         Experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures

·         Developing Spring/Java/Maven applications

·         Aggressive refactoring

·         High comfort level with Unix/Linux command line

·         Strong social and communication skills

·         Strong unit-testing skills (JUnit in particular)

·         Object-oriented programming and experience with Design Patterns
