Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or related work experience.

-Skills in general architecture, operations, and deployment methodologies and techniques (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, MOF).

- Solid understanding and applied expertise in solutions architecture designs and concepts, which include but are not limited to: SDLC Process, Security, high availability, recovery, performance, monitoring and operations design, and application architecture.

- 5+ years relevant solutions architecture experience that includes successful software integration experience.

- 3+ years software development and/or technical support experience.

- Proven experience designing and developing large web solutions in either JEE or .NET and working knowledge of the other

- Strong knowledge and experience of JavaScript and supporting best practices and standards.

- Working knowledge of modern web application trends like Responsive Design, JavaScript MVC frameworks, and principles of Enterprise Grade web sites.

- Working knowledge of the core elements of "Open Web" applications (HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript) and the variety of technologies, frameworks respectively.

- Working knowledge of AJAX, REST, SOAP, Databases, Linux, Windows, CVS, Web content management, Portals, JavaScript, and HTML/DOM.

- Proactively explore new and emerging web and development technologies, synthesize recommendations, and be experienced in influencing stakeholders and leadership of the benefits to clients, guiding broader adoption.

- Proven experience architecting flexible portals, SOA, and CMS based solutions.

- Proven experience sharing best practices or demonstrating configuration, debugging, and deploying enterprise applications in complex environments

- Proven experience, demonstrated designing and delivery of scalable and distributed web applications

- Posses strong presentations/verbal communications skills and the ability to train and mentor other technologists. Experience writing standards, cookbooks, and best practices on development topics.

- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, stakeholders, peers, and leadership driving results and action.

- Posses strong business acumen and the ability to identify key issues and their impact in a broad business context.

- Must be able to translate technology into business terms and value, with a history of influencing and improving business solutions.

- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with all levels of technology and business partners.

- Experience delivering concurrent, large information management projects at all phases-from project definition through design and delivery.

- Financial Services industry specific knowledge that includes a working knowledge of industry standards and architectures.

- Ability to participate and contribute to proof of concepts.

-UML modeling experience
- Experience with federated enterprise search development and deployment.

- Experience with any of the following technologies or frameworks: Liferay, SharePoint, Drools, Flex/Silverlight, JSP, ASP .NET Web Parts, Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, mobile, web analytics/Omniture, social networking technologies, agile development methodologies, Unified Content Management, Eclipse, Visual Studio
