Location: Nashville
Position: Programmer Analyst III
Term: 1 year
The Department of Health is working to interoperate an Electronic Health Record system with the current Patient Tracking Billing Management Information System (PTBMIS). It will also be interoperable with the current disease surveillance systems in the department. The new system will be accessible by all public health clinics Statewide. Examples of responsibilities for this position are:
Development of integration interfaces to the electronic health record; perform analysis, programming, debugging and modifications to HL7 interface applications; provide ongoing support, problem diagnosis and problem resolution related to HL7 interfaces; write and maintain software documentation and comment source code and create and maintain interface control documents that define the exchange of information between TDH and trading partners.
Cloverleaf certification Level 1
HL7 2.3.1 or higher programming
