Position Title : Mainframe DB2 Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC.

Duration: 1Year+ Extn.

Job Description & Skills :
 

• The person will perform DB2 z/OS System Programmer functions. This project is to upgrade 2 test and 1 production sub-system from V8 New Function Mode (NFM) to V10 Conversion Mode (CM).
• Extensive knowledge of mainframe DB2 computing in a DB2 MVS/zOS environment.
• Experience as a zOS DB2 systems programmer
• Demonstrated knowledge of the SMPe process.
• Thorough knowledge of TSO, JCL, and utility programs
• Strong analytical ability
• Required Experience: DB2, IBM Utilities, SMPE, DB2 System Maintenance and Installation
• Preferred Experience CA Utilities including File Master, Insight, Detector
