Database Marketing Analyst
12 month contract

The Database Marketing Analyst provides cross channel customer analysis and reporting utilizing SAS, Siebel and other analytic tools to help the organization understand consumer behavior, marketing influences and customer value. The role requires one to give analytic support for assigned company initiatives, including but not limited to, Direct Mail and Email campaigns, as well as ad-hoc business requests.

Responsibilities:
• Analysis and reporting of consumer data analytics
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed. Common analyses include: segment analyses, leads, conversion, sales, referrals, product performance, media performance, channel performance.
• Produce direct mail/email campaigns, utilizing sleep number toolsets including Siebel and SAS.
• Create call lists for business channels.
• Supports managers in assessing customer level mail streams to maximize profitability.
• Generate recurring reports to support Marketing and Sales organizations.
• Document recurring processes.
• Perform data steward duties as defined by the data governance process.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of quantitative experience
• Quantitative skills: SAS programming, data summarization
• Client support skills: Good written and oral communication skills
• Analytical software skills: SAS, Microsoft Access, Siebel familiarity is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in mathematics or statistics
• Requires normal physical exertion within an office environment
