Location: Raleigh, NC.

Duration: 1Year+ Extn.

Job Description & Skills :
 

• Business Analyst with Web services, credit card payment, retail POS, Billing, SOA, Mainframe, XML, Report Builder, MS Office, Problem Diagnosis, Multi Tasking and IPCS Experience.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an related degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have relevant work experience in a distributed web services and enterprise software environment.
• Must have hands-on experience providing production support work or in a similar role.
• Must have hands-on experience developing and supporting credit card payment solutions and retail POS solutions.      
• Must have hands-on experience supporting POS solutions in the specific areas of Billing and Payment solutions. 
• Must have experience in Systems Integration with knowledge of SOA & developing and supporting custom built Web Services. 
• Relevant work experience in integrating .NET application with mainframe applications.
• Must have hands-on experience with XML and with Report Builder.
• Must have the ability to work with other IT Team disciplines: Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Integrations, Client Services, Database.  Highly desired
• Must have a strong working knowledge of office applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
• Must ensure that written and verbal communications are clear, concise and achieve intended objectives
• Problem Diagnosis skills (i.e., discovery, replication, troubleshooting, resolution, verification, communication and/or escalation as required)
• Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasks and able to problem solve independently as well as part of a team.
