 Candidates need medical device or pharmaceutical experience. Looking for mid level PM – not anyone senior. Must be proficient in MS Project. PMP certification preferred.

Project Manager 
12+ Month Contract
*upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test*

This individual will support development and delivery of new and updated product information, which consists of instruction and training materials for patients. Additionally, this individual will assist with daily, operational aspects of program/project execution and will serve as liaison between the Technical Communications dept and Core Team Leaders, Program/Project Managers, and Core Team members. It also facilitates project execution through interaction with other departments (R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Human Factors, Clinical, and Purchasing / Supply Chain). This position will support the Technical Communications dept. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Facilitate cross-functional support for all team activities to ensure successful project execution 
• Support all team activities to include: project meeting planning, meeting execution, and action item completion tracking. 
• Ensure projects are run in compliance with applicable Quality regulations 
• Maintain project documentation in a manner fully compliant with applicable requirements 
• Support status reporting mechanisms for upper management 
• Provide support for additional special assignments/projects 

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
• Experience with technical communications or technical writing 
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification(s) 
• Experience and/or knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and 801 Quality System Regulation 
• Experience specific to product development 
• Basic understanding of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes 
• Applied knowledge of MS Project 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to succinctly and accurately communicate to all levels of management and employees, while listening and incorporating constructive feedback. 
• Collaborative: ready and willing to consider and act on alternative courses of action. 
• Strong and continuous attention to detail. 
• Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic work environment.
