Title: Sr. Test Project Manager

Summary: Our Advice, Wealth and Services BUSINESS PMO is looking for a senior, experienced business project/program manager with a proved track record of successful project implementation in the financial services industry with specific experience with user acceptance testing management on projects involving trading on brokerage platforms. This Test Project Manager will be on point to work with a team of Business Analysts and 3rd party vendors to plan, track and report on testing. The project will implement a 3rd party block order trading tool package along with additional development requested by client. The 3rd party vendor will deliver code drops in 8 – 10 week increments, requiring careful and concrete planning and oversight to ensure an appropriate level of regression plus new development testing is executed. The Test Project Manager will need to collaborate with the overall Business and Technology Project Manager for status reporting and vendor communications.
This position is not for a technology PM or an infrastructure PM although a solid understanding of the systems development life cycle and project implementation methodologies is required.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings with 3rd party vendors to plan testing (i.e. batch cycle timing, tasks to complete prior to initial account load).
- Deliverables include: agendas, meeting notes, weekly test planning status reports, create and manage a project plan for all test activities.
- Maintain the test open questions tracker, ensure test case development, reviews & approvals.
- Create and communicate daily UAT status report, facilitate defect review calls, track test metrics.
- Coordinate test execution with ongoing functional specification reviews for future code drops
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are required
- Must demonstrate ability to lead others through discussions on complex brokerage trading topics
- Holding resources accountable for delivering on project plan, including providing coaching and mentoring of resources across a broad range of business functions as well as vendors and internal technology deliverables
- Adhering to the approved project methodology for project management and maintains project artifacts and records

Required:
- Must have successfully led 2+ large implementations of retail brokerage platforms.
- Comfortable with Enterprise level projects.
- Must have Trading and Financial industry experience.
- Experience with brokerage data conversions a plus.
