Test Lead, Service Now 
4+ Month Contract
*upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test*

The Service Now Test Lead will be responsible for understanding, developing, and execution of test scripts based on requirement and design documentation. The expectation for this position includes participation in requirements and design reviews. This role will be responsible for test plan development/review, test script creation, test execution, test status metrics & reporting, defect logging & management and producing the required test deliverables. This resource will also be responsible for working with Business Stakeholders to help coordinate UAT, orchestrate the execution and defect logging and triage. 

REQUIREMENTS:
•    5+ years of testing experience as a Tester Lead 
•    2- 4 year experience with Service Now 
•    Minimum 4 years of experience with the HP ALM/QC tool 
•    Demonstrate strong understanding of the SDLC/STLC process In depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices 
•    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment 
•    Ability to quickly learn the application business area processes and its requirements S
•    trong planning and leadership skills 
•    Excellent communicator - will be working in a team environment with developers, testers, BAs, PMs, and Vendors
