Position overview:

Client needs to ensure they have effective health management interventions in place to manage risk and maximize revenue. Responsibilities of this position include establishing requirements for programs based on membership analytics, incorporating best practices and integrating of end to end health management programs in support of maximum medical margin management.

 

Business capabilities that must be integrated beyond the core functions of the processing system include:

-Health management programs identification and enablement

-Data analytics & medical trending

-Predictive modeling to feed Health Management Programs

-Regulatory requirements (CMS etc.)

-Communicate with a variety of audiences representing the workstream scope, status, progress, issues, and more

 

Qualifications – External:

-Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent experience

-10+ years related and/or clinical experience

 

Specific types of experience required:

-Health plan operations experience

-Vendor management

-Leadership/staff management experience

-Project management experience

-Understanding of managed care industry and customer needs

-Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance programs

-Medicare Advantage program familiarity

-Senior focused health management interventions

-Risk adjustment

-CMS

-Medicare population health clinical vocabulary

-Health system integration activities with health p
