Business Analyst

 

Senior Business Analyst to document requirements and lead analysis for a multi-team/multi-system technology program. Candidate should be a self-starter that can work in a cross-functional team with a combination of on-site team members and remote team members.

·         Logistics/Supply chain experience a plus but not required.

·         This project will have some components of agile and some components of waterfall methodologies.

·         Candidate should also have experience with QA and testing processes and will also lead the testing processes of the initiative across multiple teams to insure requirements traceability.

·          Candidate should have the ability to drive functional meetings with key stakeholders, capture/refine functional requirements and work with software development teams during delivery.

·         Candidate should anticipate working and driving high collaboration and communication within the program team and throughout the cross functional teams.

·         The role will be considered a key program leadership role to drive BA and QA process.

Responsibilities:

·         Gathering requirements out of BA sessions

·         Doc use Cases

·         Creating User Stories

·         Owning requirements process and content coming out of Tech teams

·         Taking requirements and ensuring correct delivery with delivery teams

·         Requirements traceability – from requirements all the way to testing

MUST Have Skills:

·         Ability to write complex Use Cases/User Stories

·         Strong Doc skills

·         Organized

·         QA Experience – Strongly Preferred

·         Business Systems Analyst – 5 + Years – MUST

·         Experience with both Agile and Waterfall

·         SDLC – 5 + years

·         Sharepoint, Excel, Office Suite

·         Visio

Manual and Automation Testing experience a BONUS
