Job Description:

·         The Role is an AM support role for TIBCO software.  

·         The candidate will be expected to provide the following:
client support and technical issue and problem resolution in the TIBCO environment. 
accurate and timely Incident and problem logging following ITIL processes and using the BMC remedy tool.

·         Understanding of IT Architecture and IT systems 

·         Application Maintenance routines (Application Health Checks)

·         Business Analysis Tasks - Requirement Gathering etc.

·         General understanding of Energy Generation Processes.

·         Mentoring and acting as liaison between Dallas office support team and Bangalore team.
