Test Lead- SME

Bothell, WA

18 months

 

Responsible for the development of testing specific models and tools with a preference for ongoing involvement if possible.

This includes

Testing methods and approaches
Test estimation models
Test management
The test modelling analyst should have experience in:
Developing tools and processes to managed demand/ supply
Testing execution, monitoring, tracking, and reporting
Excel macros, VB, or java programming for bespoke tool development/ tailoring
Data analysis
Setting up processes for offshore
Additionally
There is a preference for experience in managed testing services. 
The analyst should display the following attributes and behaviours
Attention to detail and follow through
Analytical
Problem solving 
Highly structured and organised
Effective team player

Project Manager - Test Quality Lead

Bothell, WA

18 months

 

Experience in Test quality reporting and analysis
Experience in Test process improvement with demonstrated results
Experience in Test management
Experience in Service quality monitoring and reporting
Expert level in HPQC
Very strong communications skills to the exec level
Good attention to detail and follow-through

 Experience working with offshore teams

 Managed testing service experience is preferred
Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Best if based in Seattle or Atlanta
2+ years of test quality management
5- 6 years of test execution and analysis
Telco experience preferred but not necessary
