Overview:
This position is responsible for providing technical management and support for HCSC's Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) infrastructure and its Contact Center application integrations to support internal contact centers in their use to effectively manage contact center resources to meet strategic and immediate services goals; and interacting with technology vendors, ITG and contact center management to coordinate acquisition of additional technical applications, enhance processes and resolve problems.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree OR/plus 5 years equivalent experience working in customer service support telecommunication position with 3 years' experience in providing technical support in a Cisco contact center environment.
2) Experience in leading call center technical projects.
3) Specific experience with installation, support, and maintenance of Cisco IPCC, in developing and modifying call flows and in designing/supporting Cisco ICM/CVP applications.
4) Experience with custom Java elements/classes built for advanced, non-built in, IVR (Cisco CVP) functionality based on XML/VXML type code
5) Experience with Aceyus custom reporting package.
6) Experience with Empirix OneSight for monitoring and testing
7) Knowledge of or experience with AT&T Route-it, Cisco ICM and CVP.
8) PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
9) Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
10) Effective analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and provide training and consulting services.
11) Proven ability to be effective in a position requiring a high degree of self-direction, initiative, sound decision-making and good organization skills.
12) Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently or within a team to achieve successful results.
Preferred Skills:
1) Programming and support of custom Java coded elements for advanced IVR functions.
2) Cisco IPCC management and support in multilevel, multi-site environments.
3) Principles of Contact Center management
4) Deep understanding of enterprise Contact Center reporting
5) Testing and monitoring of Cisco ICM and CVP platforms
