Here are the requirement details

Location: Burbank , CA

Duration: 6 months with possible renewals

Rate: $50 / hour all inclusive

 

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   Own work package CM BI reports (CM27). This involves writing or updating functional specs for BI reports, unit acceptance script writing, functional acceptance testing, system integration testing, working with BI team and business analysts to design, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

•   Attending workshops and assisting business in design sessions

•   • Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM and BI

•   • Preparing functional specifications, design documents and test scripts

•   • Completing system configuration

•   • Work closely with SAP technical team, testing for delivery

•   • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems

•   • Preparing and managing all elements of testing

•   • Work alongside delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks

•   • At least 4 years of SAP CRM Experience ideally in media industry

•   • Advanced knowledge of Contract Management, Sales, Products in CRM 7.0 is a must

•   • Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CRM

• BSP configuration and technical skills is an added advantage
