Role: Senior Healthcare Business/Data Analyst

Location: NY, NJ and CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Business Analyst for edge server implementation.

 

BA Responsibilities:

MUST have 8+ years of BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization

MUST have 2 or more years Healthcare experience

Manager is also looking for some Data warehouse experience (Data Mapping, Data Analysis, or Data Modeling experience)

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping

• Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations.

• Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues.

• Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data.

• Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders.

• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality.

• MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio

• Excellent communication skills – oral & written

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA preferred
