 Peoplesoft General Ledger Consultant                               

3 month Contract

Minnetonka

*Must pass a drug test and background check once offered the position*

 

 

New role for a PeopleSoft GL Consultant to work on a PeopleSoft Global Ledger re-evaluation and redesign project as well as other projects, possibly including PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade. Part of Financial Systems Analysis and Development team

 

Top responsibilities include:

*Lead discussions with multiple constituents, entry to senior level accounting and finance users to refine and probe on requirements for global ledger analysis

*Interact with other business and systems analysts to understand current ledger structure and capabilities

*Design multiple solution options with pros/cons

*Author documentation and technical specifications and designs for desired solutions

*Configure, test, and troubleshoot "proof of concept" solutions, individually and with other analysts/developers

 

What skills/attributes are a must have?

*8-15 years of PeopleSoft General Ledger experience

*3+ projects designing global ledgers for large/medium multinational clients

*Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger in multicurrency environments

*Outstanding communication skills

*Client-facing presence with Director-level constituents

*Experience in PeopleSoft 9.0

*Process design

*Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 or 9.2

*PeopleSoft Asset Management/Fixed Asset multi-country/currency experience
