Skillset: Project Manager - SAP
Project Overview:
The Project Manager - SAP is responsible for the project management of the Client SAP version for the enterprise, including the strategic planning, standards setting, prioritization and work intake. This position manages all stakeholders up and outside the organization and sets the strategic direction for governance of all deployments and other solution enhancements of the of the T@C SAP version for the enterprise.
55% SAP Program Mgmt & Leadership
25% -Strategic Program Planning
20% - SAP Project Management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other information technology experience
- 10 + years of IT or professional development efforts
- 5 + years leading global SAP deployment
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP globally
- Business knowledge through experience or education (Business – IS alignment)
- Experience interacting with senior business executives
- Mature problem solving skills coupled with a practical business approach
- Comfortable dealing with a high-stress environment consistently
- Experienced program, project and procurement management skills
- Conflict Management
- 5 + years project management experience
- Relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Experience resource management with blended onshore/offshore resources at scale Travel will ebb and flow throughout the life of a project and could be up to 25% on an annual basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other information technology degree
- Experience managing development in a complex multi-platform environment serving a global business
Broad knowledge of multiple aspects of animal nutrition business software and / or SAP technology Software Development Methodologies and tools
