Position:  Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6 months+

 

Responsibilities:

·         5 YRS OF EXP IN FINANCIAL SERVICES (RETIREMENT ADMINISTRATION BUSINESS DOMAIN).

·         GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS

·         At least 5 years of experience in projects in Financial services (retirement administration business domain a plus

·         Involved in systems in record keeping and administration of retirement plans. 

·         Understands the business processes in retirement)

·         Ability to work with business clients, understand their issues and create business specifications /

·         High level technical requirements based on the business needs that can be used by the technology team to build appropriate software solutions. 

·         Ability to interact with technology professionals to explain requirements.  

·         Experience in web based retirement systems important. 

·         Can work independently with business and IT clients.  

·         Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams desirable.
