Skills – Outlook (Primary), Exchange (Primary), EV / Mobility (Secondary)

 

Salary Limit –  K / Year + Benefits

 

Reaquired Skills :

8-10 Years minimum experience in Information Technologies discipline

2-3 Years' experience troubleshooting Exchange / Outlook 2010 server-related issues

Expert troubleshooting skills on Windows clustering and Exchange 2010 high availability and disaster recovery areas

Expert technical knowledge of Active Directory concepts especially around dependencies with Exchange 2003/2007/2010

Strong skills with networking concepts, Windows operating systems

Intermediate skills with scripting tools, power shell experience desired

Intermediate skills with performance analysis of Exchange systems

Familiarity working with HP Openview Service Center or equivalent incident or call management system

Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or SLM methodologies

Strong coordination and responsiveness skills

Strong communication skills with IT groups/members and project managers

Strong Documentation skills

Overall experience of tech lead as highlighted above with 5-6 Years' experience in supporting Exchange Infrastructure (Exchange / Outlook 2003/ 2007/2010)
