Skills Required:

Ø  " A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Information Systems environment required.

Ø  " Knowledge of SCCM 2007 is a plus.

Ø  " Experience with McAfee ePO for AntiVirus management.

Ø  " Must have a technical knowledge of IBM and/or HP servers (including system unit architecture, add-on boards, micro-processor, bus architecture, display technology and peripherals).

Ø  " Solid working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Server operating system.

Ø  " Experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment supporting end-users with files shares, queue based printing, DFS-R, NTFS, and Active Directory.

Ø  " Experience with ESXi 4.1/5.0/5.1 and VMware Virtual Center Server.

Ø  Experience working with and troubleshooting TCP/IP, FTP, DNS, and WINS issues.

Ø  " Knowledge of SAN protocols and connectivity. Knowledge of CIFS, SMB, and NFS protocols is a plus.

Ø  " Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.

Ø  " Ability to learn, evaluate new product releases, considering enhancement to existing or integration into our environment.

Ø  " Must have knowledge of end-user functions in order to recommend server solutions, as well as knowing the business at the departmental and corporate level.

Ø  Should be familiar with cost/benefit analysis and contract review and negotiation and licensing arrangements.

Ø  " This position requires a working knowledge in Open Systems server technology and the aptitude to learn it.

Ø  Excellent research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are mandatory.

Ø  Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
