Technical/Functional Skills:       

TA-Telephony Connectivity Consulting And Network Support-The individuals selected will be responsible for providing 3rd level support (defect management) or work as a Project Analyst for the Cisco Telephony Products and services supported by C02251 Voice Telecommunication Services.  Individuals interested in these positions should have deomonstrated skills / experience in the following:

 

Experience required:     8 – 12 years

 

Roles & Responsibilities:             

- Solid understanding of telephony concepts - advance telephony skills
- Cusotmer Voice Portal (CVP) or troubleshooting experience
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems
- Experience with implementing or troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications IP Telephony
- Experinece with implementing or troubleshooting Cisco Unifified Communication Manager (CUCM)
- Understanding of ITIL fundamentals
- Understand Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) via implmentation or tourbleshooting experience
- LDAP fundamentals
- Linus fundamentals
- Understand dial-on-demand routing
- CCIE in Voice is highly desireable but isn't a must

Skills that would be nice to have are:
- Understands advance configuration of Cisco switches and routers
- Understands VLAN and at least one guideline for configuring VLAN
- Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
- Basic Call Center Concepts
