Project Manager

Description:

- Healthcare background

*   Define and execute each quarterly project plan.

*   Keep close tabs on the project process and logistics.

*   Involves a high degree of scheduling and coordinating.

*   Tracking of issues and actions.

*   Status reporting.

*   Represent overall plan and progress in weekly executive meetings.

Manage and execute communication plan

Developing presentations and presenting on project at various meetings

*   Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings.

Ability to work successfully with people at all levels of the organization

 

Behavior:

Must work on-site at Mayo Clinic's Rochester, MN location

Strong procedural background

Must prove ability to deliver on projects with short cycle.

Proven Project Manager with experience in running high-visibility projects.

Highly independent and confident
