Technical/Functional Skills:
· Should have proficiency in Siebel 8
· Should have very good understanding of Siebel Architecture
· Techno Managerial experience of minimum 5 years in Siebel Projects
· Minimum 3 years of Production Support Management experience
· Able to manage Siebel Production Support with multiple projects
· Able to manage multi location Tier 2 and Tier 3 Support team
· Very Good communication and negotiation skills
· Siebel Techno Managerial
· Production Support Management
· Exposure to Airline domain.
Roles Responsibilities :
· Accountable for SLA Management
· Ensure the overall stability, performance, and quality of the Siebel
· Lead Production application issue resolution and system enhancement development efforts from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation
· Prioritize, schedule, assign, and manage the workload of the Siebel support and development staff
· Provide functional and technical support and guidance to the Siebel
· Liaise with the Help Desk Manager, Technical Leads, Project Manager, 3rd party vendors and business owners
· Maintain and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure
· Metrics Reporting
· Maintain and communicate status to management
· Communication Management
· Risk Management
· Resource Management
