We have (2) existing needs for CRM resources. These roles can be contract or contract to hire. Right now the end date is May / June 2013 but could very well extend. These roles are identical

Rate is $50 / hour AI on hourly rate.  We recognize the rate pressure for this role so please submit your best candidates that fit within the rate.

• Expert functional knowledge in CRM Sales processes
• Needs to have a minimum of 6 years SAP experience (at least 4 years in CRM), and 3-4 full life cycle SAP implementations; prefer CRM-IPM experience
• Require prior experience working with sales transactions, including contracts
• Prefer prior experience working with Master-data components (BPs, Org, Products, Customers) in both CRM and ECC
• Possess good configuration expertise in CRM settings, including transactions, item categories, billing, pricing, base settings, master-data, etc.
• Experience in writing RICEFW and Unit Test Plan documents
• Prior experience working on large SAP projects, including custom development projects is preferred

·         Expert at troubleshooting issues

·         Require excellent communication/documentation skills, and need be able to clearly articulate SAP jargon to non-SAP users

·         Need to be able to understand Business Requirements and translate them into effective SAP Solutions

·         Demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction

·         Ability to test various CRM/IPM modules to ensure system functionality is working as per customer requirements; research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements.

·         Support Cutover and stabilization activities and willingness to work extra hours and sometimes on weekends.

·         Report to Team Leads on day to day progress of activities in assigned Process Area(s)

• Previous entertainment industry experience ideal
• Willingness to work overtime plus occasional as needed
