Remedy Developer 

Contract

*upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test*

Project objective will be to reach 5 key business requirement goals:
1 -Audit trails must exist for all fields identified as relevant.
2 -Audit trails record must include who made the change displayed as full name. (Current shows user ID)
3 -The system shall include the ability to review and print a paper copy of the required electronic records in paper and electronic form and include an audit trail.
4 -The system shall support manifestations of e-signatures to include written name, date/time and meaning of signature.
5 -The system must require entry of username and password at the point of signature.

General Experience & Background
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with at least 4-6 years industry experience.
(i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents.
Required Skills:
•Candidate should have hands-on experience with the BMC Remedy 7.6 Development and/or ITSM tools.
•Experience developing, configuring and managing AIE, SLM and CMDB components is required.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy design, configuration, set-up, development, support of 7.5/7.6 systems.
•Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
•Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
