Title ; Project Manager -Agile and Scrum Master experience
Duration : 8 months
Location : Portland,Maine
Rate :$50/hr
This PM needs to have Agile and Scrum Master experience. This PM will lead Scrum Meetings have experience with sprints and User Stories.
Under limited senior management supervision, oversees various functional projects of the most complex nature, whether in product development, customer service, sales, marketing, or any other functional area of a business unit.
The Project Manager is also responsible for identifying decisions of execution and quickly routing them to the proper level in the organization.
A PMP Preferred
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5-7 years project management experience with a track record of delivering on time, on spec, on budget
Proven leadership experience directing resources, including other Project Managers, and Project leads, and other senior technical or business resources.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute & deliver complex projects or programs that span several business areas and include multiple sub-projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including various areas of Informational Technology & the Business
Demonstrated conflict management & negotiation skills
Demonstrated experience in procuring and managing hardware, software and/or contractor services
Demonstrated experience using Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies
Understanding of Agile development and the role of scrum master
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated proficiency with project scheduling tool (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
