Contract-

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Web Developer to provide on-going development support on a project basis.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related technical field. Graduate degree preferred.
· Minimum of five years of complete solution development experience working with relevant platforms as identified below.

Technical Requirements:
SiteCore Web Content Management System (1 year minimum V6.x)
C#
ASP.NET
ADO.NET
SQL Server
XML
Advanced knowledge of requisite frameworks including .NET
Demonstrated project experience using full life cycle methodologies including waterfall, RUP and XP.
Excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to translate customer requirements into strong designs with practical implementation.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance to contractors, vendors and junior team members.
Able to independently tackle complex assignments with significant initial ambiguity.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills in helping train and develop junior development staff.
