Summary:
Looking for a stellar Java/J2EE Developer for a contract for hire opportunity. The right fit is not likely a "career consultant". They will be working on existing code and we want someone that can jump right in, 3 to 5 years exp. We will consider a little less experience if the person is a "rock star" Java resource. If hired the salary range is wide and will depend on the skills offered (anywhere from 70 to 90K, more for the rock star resource).

This position will work on development and support of technology projects to meet Project and Business Objectives. This role works closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts IT, Architects, Developers, Testers and infrastructure to effectively contribute the technology solutions for a project.

Accountabilities:

• Participates in Project Development activities, reviews Business Requirements, creates
Detailed Design documentation, development using Java and J2EE tools and unit testing.
• Works closely with Solution Architecture to meet the Architecture defined, mentors junior Developers and Participates in code reviews
• Supports Test Team during Test Cycles.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Related Field + 5 Years overall IT experience
Or Masters Degree in Computer Science / Related Field + 3 Years overall IT Experience
• 3-5 years of Java Development experience.

**eCommerce Experience
**Spring Framework
**Expert java web development skills, using current/cutting edge tools (Agile/Scrum)

Nice to have: Hybris eCommerce Framework experience, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), UI skills, Web Services, Build Tools (Ant, Maven, etc).
