Cryptography Team

Position Overview:

Level 3-4 Cryptography Engineer-  

• Design and oversee delivery of global Cryptographic upgrade projects in response to evolving business demands
• Design and implement post implementation support processes which are effective, efficient, and compliant with internal and external standards and reporting requirements
• Monitor and evaluate deployment production metrics and application support service level agreements (SLAs) to assist in driving improvement opportunities with third party service providers, cryptography systems and the Cryptographic Team.
• Manage project deployment system issues, problems, and incidents according to established standards and processes
• Collaborate with database administrators (DBAs), application developers, networking, desktop, retail operations and business teams to implement use of our cryptography systems where required or desired.

MUST Have Skills:

• Understanding various encryption technologies, concepts and processes
• Good understanding of certificate management
• Understanding of key management technologies (including Data Protection Manager)
• Experience with setup and configuration of HSM (Hardware Security Module)
• Understanding Linux systems
• Experience with implementing Microsoft PKI   (Public Key Infrastructure)
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Overall understanding of MDM  (Mobile Device Management)
• Analyze and resolve problems related cryptography products and services.
• Provide third tier project support

Nice to have:

• Scripting knowledge (Powershell)
• Understanding of firewall rules
• Project management expertise

• Windows 2012 R2
• Linux (Suse)
• Microsoft PKI
• HSM Hardware Security Module
