Conduct software development - design, construct, implement - using .NET, C#, SQL, Wintel plaform tools for an externally facing web site used for group administration and billing.

Must have a high-level of skill with conducting performance tuning and code improvements to improve site usability performance. Work in a dynamic change-focused. Agile development environment. Work within a highly-matrixed team environment with onshore and offshore resources. Ability to develop software in a rapid dynamic environment with an ability to create prototype software quickly. Creation and maintenance of code and system design documentation Provide application support and systems maintenance for all application environments Actively work to improve application software and development techniques

Willing to complete work in tight-timeframes, take ownership, and demonstrate commitment to complete work on-time in a quality manner. Conduct software / application deployments during non-regular business hours (nights and weekends)
