Description:Qualification/skills I'm looking for:
1. 8-10 years of experience 2. Experience with strong knowledge of Tibco EMS and IBM MQ (Middleware Messaging)
3. Experience with strong knowledge of Tibco BW, Java/J2EE and Web application 4. Experience in Tibco Administration
5. Experience with Oracle DB, SQL and Data Caching solutions.6. Experience in real-time transactional environment

Tasks to be Performed: 
Experience in architecting solutions in these technologies is required: Required: TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, Tibco BW, Oracle and Data Caching, Tibco Administration, J2EE 1.6, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), WebServices, Servlets, Struts , JSP, JSTL and Custom tags, JDBC, Java Beans, XML, XSL, XSD, JMS, JavaScript. Preferred: JBoss, Spring, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Multi-threaded Architecture. Able to Work with distributed teams (on shore and off).

Skillset Details:
Educated to a minimum of Degree level in a Technology discipline and possessing 4 or more years experience in development or implementation of large scale critical infrastructure projects, as well as experience of designing and modeling complex commercial real-time and high availability systems. Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to details, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information. Excellent knowledge of distributed computing technologies especially in the eCommerce/Internet space.
