 Business Solution Architect (Claims Payment Integrity) - Job

The candidate be working on Payment Integrity FWAE (Fraud Waste Abuse Error)/Analytics. This is a joint initiative.

Will be a sole contributor (no direct reports) but working with the existing team who work on the above referenced project.

Team consists of 10-12 resources, some senior management across PMO, FWAE business, and Analytics business.

Top responsibilities:
1. Analyze, test (via pilots), and implement the necessary process changes to move to a Claim Centric method of case deployment within the Fraud business.
2. Partner with Analytics to become more efficient and effective at executing our analytic solutions and to improve the end to end cycle time so we can increase savings and improve the overall yield of the analytics we deploy
3. Present weekly/monthly status updates to executive level management on current status of process/program.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Masters Degree in Business or Health Care field
2. Extensive executive presentation experience (stong communication/presentation skills)
3. Extensive Project Managment and Solution Architecture background
4. Creative thinking / innovative idea generation
5. Consultative and collaborative
