Business Program Manager

Project Description:

EDI – (Electronic Data Interchange) Exchanging business documents (PO, shipment status, etc)
Involves supply chain, merchandising movement, marketplace/customer POs, vendor management
This team is the gateway between internal systems and external partners

Replacing current system, this Program Manager is needed to assist with the management and planning strategy of those changes and working with vendors to create and maintain SOP, status updates, etc

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Change & Training Manager to achieve the project objectives.
• Work with Functional Lead and Business BA's on process flows and requirements.
• Apply the knowledge, tools, and techniques that are recognized as best practice in program management.
• Responsible for plan and execution of UAT (with support from BAs)
• Own end-user tool and process rollout plan.
• Primary owner of executive business communications.
• Assess and understand the change that is required and why the change is happening.
• Prepare change management plans.
• Build and assist in delivering communication plans.
• Build a coalition of leaders to drive change.
• Manage resistance.
• Coordinate training materials and training plan.
• Partner with Business Program Manager on end-user rollout plans.
• Work with Business Process Lead on business process definition.

Must Have Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Manager of large programs at enterprise level
• Experience working with merchants, pricing analyst, financial controllers, and dotcom sellers/buyers
• Must have extensive retail experience
• Extensive B2B experience
• Experience with requirement gathering
• Experience with 3rd party vendors – MUST
• Experience working between and managing several lines
• Experience with business process change
• Change Management experience
• Expert level of PowerPoint
• Issue Resolution
