POSITION TITLE: SAP LE Freight Costing Consultant
SAP LE Freight Costing Consultant
The candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Business to gather project requirements,
convert those requirements into a blueprint solution, work with developers to provide solution against
the blueprints and provide configuration, testing and training support as our projects require.
Requirements:
? Need experience in at least 3 full life cycle projects as SAP Logistics Execution
? Candidate should have…
? Hands on experience in configuration of SAP Logistics Execution module, specifically in the
Freight Costing module
? At least 7-8 years actual implementation experience, on shore in the US
? Experience in the Packaging and Chemical industry will be a plus
? Extensive experience in blueprinting, gap analysis and configuration of SAP Logistics
Execution functionality, specifically in the following areas:
o SAP Freight Costing and related upstream and downstream processes
o Experience in GPC freight costing add on will be a plus
o Thorough understanding of US freight rating processes for LTL, FTL, Parcel, etc
o Solid understanding of integration touch points in the areas of
? Freight Payment and Invoice creation
? Freight Accruals
? FI posting
? CO-PA postings
o Experience with interfacing with a Distance Determination software like Rand McNally
and PC Miler
o Experience in interfacing with an External Transportation Management system will be
considered a plus
o Experience with a Mass load or test automation tool like Win Shuttle or Quick Test Pro
will be considered a plus
o Experience in a 3PL environment will be considered a plus
o Solid implementation experience of SAP Shipment and Transportation processing
? Thorough understanding of upstream processes like:
o Delivery Processing with and w/o Batch Management
o Good working knowledge of both Full Warehouse and Lean Warehouse
processes/environments. Warehouse config experience not necessary
o 3rd Party Logistics interfaces
o Stock Transport Order Processing
o LE Master data – Routes, Route Determination, Outputs, Freight Condition records, etc.
? Research/Deployment of user exits and enhancements
? Experienced with Interpreting IDOC Contents and Monitoring IDOCs
? Good understanding of integration touch-points with related modules and processes i.e. SD, MM,
etc.
Qualifications:
? Ability to work closely with project team members to define user/business requirements.
? Ability to work with functional experts in above areas through the design and implementation of
integrated processes.
? Ability to Understand Business Requirements and Translate them into Configuration and
Development Requirements
? Experience in defining complete test scenarios to cover full scope of the business requirement as
well as creating master/transactional data and carry out the Unit, Integration and Regression tests.
? Experience in creating Test scripts and Training documentation
? Ability to support cutover and go live
? Good presentation and communication skills – resource will be working directly with end users.
? Experience with the SAP ASAP methodology a plus.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
? Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
? Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally on occasion.
? College degree in finance and/or computer science or related field or a combination of related
experience and education.

Position 2:
LOCATION: Greenville, South Carolina
POSITION TITLE: ABAP/Sap Script Technical Development Expert - SAP
SUPERVISOR: ERP Team
Technical Systems Analyst
The candidate will be responsible for working alongside our I.S. and business resources to gather project requirements, convert those requirements into a blueprint solution, work with ERP team members to provide a solution against the blueprints and provide development, testing and training support as our projects require.
The ERP Technical Team member position requires proven technical expertise related to SAP's ABAP development environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support in the listed areas:
SAP:
· Develop solutions in the SAP ECC environment using ABAP to include:
· Logistics, Materials Management, Sales
· FI
· Sap Script / Smart Forms
· Third Party interfaces
· EDI/Idoc
· Troubleshoot issues related to ABAP based solutions.
· Provide technical support for SAP's production environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Execution of solution development, technical documentation, project life cycle and software production support
· Extensive coordination with global and regional teams in delivering and supporting solutions to include SAP ABAP, SAP Sapscript and Smartforms.
· Prepare detailed technical specifications for development activities including reports, data management and real-time solutions.
· Collaborate with other outside consultants for third-party application development.
· Understanding of integrated data landscapes
· College degree in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education.
· Must have end-to-end implementation experience.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
· Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
· Must be a team player and willing to work and grow within the organization.
· 7 years + experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and travel globally on occasion.
· Ability to drive blueprint workshops and communicate directly with business users.
· Experience with IMG Customization is a plus.
· Applicant should be comfortable with up to 20-30% travel.
