Here are the requirement details

 Remedy Engineer/Administrator

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6 month contract

 

**The rate is open so if you have a 100% match at a higher rate please send.

H1-B are fine, phone interviews if non-local.

 

 Engineer's time will be for the following activities Engineer's time will be for the following activities:

• a. Monitor 4 BMC Remedy environments in cooperation with client.
• b. Pro-actively support the client BMC remedy environment.
• c. Perform BMC Remedy system health checks.
• d. Conduct system performance analysis.
• e. Provide functionality recommendations.
• f. Gather input for future product enhancements.
• g. Support in strategic planning.
• h. Participate in conference calls, action plans and detailed open issue updates.
• i. Participate in pre-production meetings.
• J. Participate in design, planning meetings.
• k. Documentation of existing application/development environment (as time permits).
• l. Support in resolving errors as part of the Supplier support organization for client.
• m. Review and document SLA performance on a monthly basis with client.
