Adobe CQ / Java Developer

Location : Arlington, VA

Duration : Long Term

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

·         6+ years hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade solutions using Java/JEE, Sling, JCR, Spring, Struts, OSGi, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, AJAX, XML, jQuery, CSS, JSON and other web technologies 

·         In-depth knowledge of CQ5 foundation components, CRX repository, JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix and OSGi 

·         Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and CQ5 development and deployment process using Maven 

·         Good to have: experience working with SQL SERVER Database 

·         Good to have: Experience with migrating large content from a CMS into CQ5

·         Good development experience using any JCR based WCM products.

·         Proven, hands-on experience in SOA using SOAP and REST APIs.

·         Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns

·         Proven, hands-on experience developing high-availability, multi-tiered web applications

·         Experience in an Agile development environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Work with the development and QA resources geographically located in different places.

·         Hands on development using Apache sling, Java on a CQ5 environment

·         Must be a quick learner of CEB business processes

·         Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe CQ5.

• Advanced Java certification a plus
