Job Description

Job responsibilities include the monitoring and maintenance of the firms Dividend general ledger accounts and the effective processing of all dividend-related functions. This individual must have some experience in F/X conversions and currency processing. A diverse background in domestic and international dividends, along with a background in stock dividend processing, is recommended. This candidate needs to be able to work well with other areas of operations to achieve the department's goals.

 

The Asset Servicing Dividend area is looking for an individual that will be responsible for the processing of all ADR and Canadian dividend payments to the firm's clients accounts. This individual will need excellent communication skills in order to deal directly with Prime Broker reps and Broker Dealer counterparties. This individual must be able to adapt to changing conditions and to quickly learn additional responsibilities assigned to them. A thorough knowledge of how stock loan transactions and withholding interact.

 

Qualifications • This candidate must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years dividend experience both domestic and international, and is willing to work hard to achieve the goals established by the Bank. • Background in dividend processing is a plus • Good communication and technical skills are highly recommended. • Must be motivated and driven to results • Knowledge of the ADP Dividend processing system would be most beneficial
