**Drug screen and background check required upon offer

 

Responsibilities:

Develop an overall data strategy for AD including:
• - Data integration/synchronization between AD and the Enterprise LDAP Directory
• - Data feed automation from DMU/HR
Facilitate and document the development of Vision for the future for AD at Ameriprise

Group Management strategy and roadmap for transition:
• - Dynamic and Static groups
• - Self service and delegated group administration
• - Audit procedures
• - Distribution Groups & Security Groups
Develop a comprehensive governance model for AD
Evaluate, revise and publish AD standards (naming conventions, OU structure, etc)
Define Powershell development guidelines and processes
Mid term strategy for AD usage with SharePoint, Exchange and other Microsoft tools
Design how we will integrate and utilize the Quest tools we own: (Recovery Manager, Change Auditor, Access Manager)
