JOB DETAILS:

Job Title: Senior JAVA Developer 

Location: Denver, CO

Mode of Hire: 6 Months Contract

Client: Direct Client

 

Primary Skills:

Minimum 6 years' professional level experience with progressive responsibilities.

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience with analysis, design, programming, maintenance phases of applications life cycle.
Software development experience in Java, J2EE(MVC frameworks, EJBs, Webservices, JMS, Spring) and JBoss application server.

Experience in any portal frameworks like Liferay, Gatein, weblogic preferred.
Experience with Agile/Iterative Development Methodologies
Experience in understanding IT and Business requirements, designing components at High Level and Low level.
Experience in Telecom domain is a plus
Experience in leading a team/module
Total Experience Required 6+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensuring the development completion on-time and defect free.
Responsible for educating the offshore team members of the requirements and the proposed design.
Supporting the defects raised by the test team at System test phase and User Acceptance test phase.
Supporting production releases of the developed application.
Generic Managerial Skills

Telecommunications industry experience
Experience in leading teams
Meet deadlines with a high degree of quality in a multi-tasking environment
Excellent communication
