$60.00/hr. CTC 6+ month contract-minimum of 10 years of exp (must have 2 years of lead expereince)
In summary, an Information Delivery Lead is responsible for the support of project deliverables (data requirements, documentation), UAT/BAT testing coordination, and the maintenance transition for a unit of project work within the project timeline and budget.
The ID Lead will be responsible for 3-4 deliverable units depending upon size and complexity of the deliverables. A unit in this context is defined as an outbound application i.e.: monthly data extract created and transmitted to a third party vendor.
The ID Lead understands the design and integration points of the solution including: dependencies and interdependencies to databases, security, etc. for the assigned unit of work.
The role and responsibilities of the ID Lead include:
1. Is responsible for identifying and communicating deliverable impacts due to inter and cross project dependencies.
2. Responsible for data requirements/mapping documentation as related to the redirection or sourcing of the application to the Integrated Data Warehouse.
3. Coordinates cyclical end-user touch points during the development process to inform the business of any application usability impacts.
4. Is responsible for cross coordination, communication, estimation, management and for the assigned deliverables with in-house and offshore leads.
5. Responsible for reviewing implementation plans for the final deployment of assigned deliverables.
6. Is accountable for issue resolution, risk mitigation and communication to the application customer, PM and other related parties where necessary/appropriate.
7. Is accountable for providing knowledge transfer and documentation to the support/maintenance teams and the service desk. This includes the technical knowledge/architecture.
8. Responsible for the coordination of the UAT/BAT testing with the end users of the deliverables.
9. Ensures all information and data deliverables meet end-user expectations around usability, performance and timing for project.
SAS Knowledge – A plus, not a requirement:
1. Responsible and/or accountable for the creation of SAS BI components: UI, information maps, cubes, dashboards, scorecards, reports, submissions, extracts, and user-facing views to meet project deliverables.
SKILLS:
Data mapping (current application to new RDBMS data source)
Gathering, deciphering data requirements from end users/customers.
Data analysis using standard SQL.
Strong inter-personal and written communication skills.
Self starter and the desire to drive work independently.
Team player.
