Job Description
Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US Staffing processes
Willing to work in night shifts
Must have 2 - 3 years of experience as an US Recruitment executive.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
Proficient with job boards, postings & searching skills.
Experience working on W2 Tax term
Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms like
OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, EAD, GC and Citizens.
