·         Maven, Ant, Makefiles etc.

·         Linux shell scripts, PERL, Python, JSP expertise.

·         Jenkins/Hudson continuous integration tool implementation/maintenance

·         Familiar with maintaining the code repository for embedded projects – ingesting new tool chains, SDKs and patches from multiple vendors and generating end-to-end build scripts that generate executable images.

·          Design, develop, automate and maintain productivity tools using scripts to improve software development and deployment

·          Prefer folks who have been responsible for maintaining build systems for set-top firmware development.

·          Prefer folks who have been responsible for maintaining linux-based firmware.

 

Responsibilities

·         Managing the code repository for multiple concurrent projects using Subversion.

·         Writing build scripts using Maven, Ant, Makefiles etc.

·         Design and implement build procedures that are used to support software product development and System Test

·         Manage and maintain build systems hardware and software

·         Manage current Configuration Management tools and subversion tools.
