Description:
The Software QA Engineer will perform ad-hoc testing, execute software test procedures and write test documentation for the product, which is the user interface for the product. This position reports to the Software Quality Assurance Project Leader and is located in Boston, MA. This contract position has an expected duration of 6 months.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Execute software test procedures, write test documentation and perform ad-hoc testing for the Viewing Station
Document software defects
Minimum Requirements
5+ years as a Software QA professional in an FDA or other regulated industry
Detailed knowledge of Software QA process and documentation in a medical software development environment
Exceptionally talented and creative at ad-hoc software testing
Ability to work effectively from both detailed and loosely-defined specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Skills
Experienced with automated testing and testing tools
