Minimum Requirements:
Required Experience and skills:
10 or more years of experience in the IT industry with most of the experience on the Java/J2EE platform
6 or more years of experience designing and developing high volume and high transaction services
5 or more years of experience working with an ESB tool, preferably OSB
4 or more years of experience on the Oracle SOA Suite. Experience with the 11g version desirable.
Experience authoring and enforcing architectural standards is a huge plus
Experience with establishing and enforcing SOA governance mechanisms in large scale SOA environments
Date and other relevant internal references:
Should be available for both phone and face-to-face interviews with Sogeti and the client
Should be available to start immediately upon confirmation of appointment

Description:
Job Purpose Summary: Design and develop services for a pharmaceutical company using Oracle SOA 11g Suite
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Study and document key services that need to brought over from the TIBCO environment (that is being retired) over to Oracle SOA Suite 11g
Establish architectural standards around the development of services in an SOA environment. Perform code reviews to ensure that standards are being followed.
Lead a development team to design/develop reusable infrastructural and business services leveraging Oracle SOA Suite 11g capabilities.
Work with Business Analysts to document processes needed to support the business. Orchestrate services into business processes using Oracle's OSB.
Work with the testing teams to put together test plans, and test cases. Co-ordinate the testing efforts between the QA and the development teams.
Work with the client to establish policies & procedures and help put an SOA governance plan in place.
