Location: Knoxville - TN
Duration: 2+ years


1) install, config & support multi-tiered systems apps;
2) tune & customize operating systems (Linux/Win/VMw);
3) perform root cause analysis;
4) develop custom scripts using Perl, Python, etc;
5) Identify needs & develop technical standards;
6) review perf of the infrastructure, perform trending analysis & make recommendations;
7) participate in sys architectural design/procurement/sizing;
8) perform in tech and/or lead role;
9) lead presentations to tech audiences;
10) provide 24/7 support in on-call rotation;
11) perform other duties as needed.
