Workforce Planning Specialist:
• 3 to4 years DRM , Essbase, Planning Experience
• Create a POC in Workforce Planning Application V11.2.1.1 and assist the client to understand the new features and functionality
• Understand out-of-the-box workforce planning functionality like accounts, entities, data forms, smart lists, menus, business rules and security
• Ability to customize Workforce Planning like adding performance rating, bonus frequency and salary adjustments
• Manage the day to day technical and functional aspects of the workforce planning application
• Participate in weekly status meetings
• Functional Specialist in the area of payroll, workforce planning and headcount planning
• Specialized skills in solution suite along with ETL, and financial reporting skills
• Responsible for understanding the source/target systems and their data structures /formats
• Interaction with IT, Finance, and Business to gathering detail business, functional and technical requirements
• Design and configuration of the Workforce Planning application
• Preparation of business, functional and technical design documents
• Interact and Lead the offshore workforce planning developer
