I currently have 2 java needs that I could use your assistance with.  All candidates must be local or able to travel here for an in person interview. Please DO NOT submit anyone who can only interview by Skype.

 

Java Contractor

Client: ECMC

Location: Oakdale, MN

Duration: 6+ months

 

Key Skills:

•             5+ years analysis and design

•             5+ years in debugging complex business applications

•             5+ years Java web application development experience

•             5+ years object oriented analysis and design skills experience

•             Advanced understanding of J2EE Design Patterns

•             Advanced understanding of relational database design

•             2+ years development using the SCRUM methodology

•             Exposure to webservices

•             JEE: EJB, JSP, Servlets, JDBC

•             Struts and/or JSF

•             JUnit

 

Seam experience a plus

 

Java Contractor (J2EE / Web Focus)

Client: Lifetouch

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 6+ months

 

Key Skills:

10+ years experience in building J2EE based applications, web focused

•       Comfortable with utilizing frameworks like JSF, Hibernate, Spring, etc

•       Experienced with using tools like Subversion, Hudson, Nexus, Eclipse

•       Ability to translate high level design into a detailed design that can be developed from

•       Understands the need for great unit test code coverage and has experience in writing them

•       Has worked with Oracle databases and understands the interaction between the db tier and Hibernate

•       Understands Tomcat container and has background in building applications that run in this implementation

•       Has worked and is knowledgeable about MOM, specifically Oracles OSB product, also understands the JMS portion of this

•       Understands how to integrate a Java application with a RESTful based service implementation

•       Experience with GRAILS is a plus
